Spiritual Health and Wellness:
A healthy spiritual life is often overlooked when people search for happiness, purpose, and meaning for their life. Many times people fall short of these pursuits because they are too busy concentrating on the physical, such as,
- possessions,
- beauty,
- riches,
- sex,
- or other desires that appeal to the flesh.
King Solomon chased after these things and throughout the book of Ecclesiastes declared it all, "Vanity!" Solomon discovered that the key to spiritual wellness was not based in the physical, but having a personal relationship with God. King Solomon concluded:
"Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man's all. For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil."-Ecc 12:13-14 (NKJV)
The Bible is the nutrition your spirit needs to live a healthy, productive life. So, stop playing "spiritual games" and enjoy the wonderful gifts that come with healthy Bible Living!
